About TRIPURA STONES PRIVATE LIMITED
Our company was established in the year 2000. Since then, we are reckoned as a distinguished white &
purple marble slabs and red granite tiles manufacturer in India. Mr. Rajesh Gupta and Mr. Anoop Gupta are two
directors of the company who started this company with blessings, encouragement, and support of their visionary
father Mr. G.P. Gupta. Dedication, commitment, honesty and hard work of the directors and our staff members really
helping the company to achieve growth year by year and creating a name of TRIPURA among top notch companies in
marble industries in India.
Infrastructure
We have a well established infrastructure that includes all
the advanced machineries and equipments required in the art of manufacturing to produce a world class products. Our
quarries are well equipped with machines like derrick cranes, excavators, loaders, wire saws and chain saws. These
modern machineries are really helping us to manufacture truly a fine quality blocks. Our state-of-the-art plant for
cutting and polishing improves the quality of our slabs and tiles . Our processing units are equipped with various
machineries like gang saw, dressing machine, edge polishing machine, polishing machines, and edge cutting machines
to provide well furnished slabs & tiles to our customers. For distribution network, we have a stock yard in
Udaipur, a city of Rajasthan, which is quickly emerging as an international market for marble.
our annual
production capacity is 25 lacssq.feet of marble slabs and tiles and we produce 35000 metric tons of blocks in our
two well mechanised quarries and can meet any sort of demand within time keeping quality in the
products.
Quality
Customer Satisfaction
Before dispatching the products to our clients, we check
them thoroughly for the quality assurance. Our motto is to never compromise in quality. We believe that business
relations can last long with quality products. The deliveries of the bulky orders are made on timely basis with no
damage to the products.
We have three stage quality control systems that are:
The first stage starts at
quarry level where every individual block is carefully inspected for shade classification, cracks, spots and
suitable cutting direction.
The second stage inspection is conducted upon sawing where the material is closely
inspected. Slabs and tiles like the carrara marble tiles, teakwood sandstones etc. are measured for thickness
accuracy and flatness. Requirement for repairing, wherever it is necessary are assessed and noted.
At the final
stage the polished finished product is inspected using various gadgets. A proper recording of final shade
classification, gloss degree etc. is done.
